How to use the circle cutter - step by step

1. Place the tool on the paper or material to be cut.
2. Loosen the positioner, set the desired diameter of the circle and tighten again.
3. Rotate the controller to extend the blade.
4. Hold the PUSH button while stabilizing the base with your other hand.
5. Rotate the tool in a smooth motion until the wheel is cut out.
6. When finished, turn the controller counterclockwise to retract the blade.
